Common questions
What is the difference between Community and Full Edition?
Community Edition is the public open-source release. Full Edition includes modules still in development and pre-release builds not yet published to the public repo. Both are free, but Full Edition requires a signed NDA because some features are not finalized.
Can I migrate from Cloud Service to self-hosted?
Yes. StandardPSA stores all data in open formats. You can export your data at any time and run the Community or Enterprise edition on your own infrastructure. No lock-in.
What happens if we go over 20 seats on Cloud Service?
Contact us before adding more seats. We can move you to an Enterprise plan with the right seat count, or discuss a per-seat expansion rate for the Cloud Service tier.
Is the Cloud Service subscription month-to-month?
Yes. The $129/month plan is billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time. Annual billing with a discount will be available in a future update.
Do you offer a free trial of Cloud Service?
Yes. Cloud Service plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial; your card is only charged when the trial ends.
